Please excuse me if I trigger the Snowflakes here, , , , ,

I had not paid much attention to the whole lot of BS surrounding the incident after a quick review.

But now, The Oprah is involved, , , ,!

How can these idiots say that the officers be arrested and charged. Charged for what?

There was a valid warrant. The officers were shot at and they returned fire. Sad outcome but, , , , ,!

Manslaughter at minimum.

Damn dingbatch bringing the being blind to racism early.

Is he trying to say that when BLM came to the fore recently he knew nothing of the Breonna Taylor incident? He thinks it was all about Mr. Floyd? Jeez that is shallow and shows ding is barely prepared to discuss any subject really.

The officers shot into the house 22 times and killed an unarmed woman standing in her own hallway.

Well no, , , , ,

Plainly, and simply, , , , , yes, she is an innocent victim. But, there was a warrant and her boy friend fired at the police. Sad situation but, , ,.

Ya, ya, ya, , , , lots of "he said, she said" disconnects to sort out but, , , , no "manslaughter" or "murder" involved, other than her boyfriend perhaps being charged with her death.

FACT CHECK: Debunking 7 widely shared rumors in the Breonna Taylor police shooting
Tessa Duvall, Louisville Courier Journal 7/10/2020

Claim: Police were at the wrong apartment

Our rating: False
The search warrant for Taylor and her home explicitly identified her and her address. The Louisville police were not there by mistake. They believed that Taylor had ties to Glover, one of the main suspects in the investigation.

Claim: Police located their main suspect before going to Taylor's home

Our rating: Likely true
Official documents say police executed the search warrants at Elliott Avenue and at Taylor's apartment at the same time, and Glover wasn't officially arrested until two hours later.
Glover may not have been in custody before officers forced their way into Taylor's home, but based on statements by Mattingly, police likely knew where he was at that time, as attorneys for Taylor's family assert.

Claim: Taylor was shot while she was asleep in bed

Our rating: False
Taylor and Kenneth Walker were in bed when they heard the banging on the apartment door at approximately 12:40 a.m., according to statements Walker made to police. But they got out of bed before police entered, and Taylor died on her hallway floor.

Claim: Taylor was living with a drug dealer

Our rating: False
Neither Taylor nor Kenneth Walker has any drug offenses on their records. Additionally, Taylor and Glover maintained only a "passive" relationship, according to Aguiar.

Claim: Body-camera footage exists in Taylor's shooting death

Our rating: Inconclusive
Conrad said that Mattingly, Hankison and Cosgrove were not wearing body cameras when they shot Taylor. However, other officers at the scene following the shooting may have had operating body cameras. If so, they may have captured information that could be relevant to the case.

Claim: The officer who was shot was hit by friendly fire

Our rating: False
In police interviews and through his attorney, Kenneth Walker did not dispute firing one round inside the apartment at what he said he thought were intruders. No evidence has been presented indicating that Mattingly was shot by anyone other than Walker, and attorneys for Walker and Taylor's family haven't disputed that it was Walker who shot Mattingly.

Claim: Taylor works as an EMT

Our rating: Partially true
Taylor joined the city as an EMT recruit in January 2016, became a full EMT by June and left the Metro Government in November 2016.
Local attorneys for Taylor's family have clarified that she was working as an ER technician at two area hospitals at the time of her March 13 death, with aspirations of becoming a nurse.

I get out of bed to see what the ruckus is all about. I definitely don't go in with guns blazing.

Aw the dumb a$$ comments of the GOP dopes. She deserved to die is that where you racists are coming from? She was shot five times and had no weapon

"ruckus" = front door kicked in?

You don't think it occurred to her boyfriend it was a home invasion?

And the cops, no body cams of course. No knock warrants executed by an all white group of undercovers.

Y'all ever think before you show your stupid?

If someone kicks your door in at night, is an armed response on your part justified?

If it is the p;olice doing the door busting, I am not going to resist in any way because things wouldn't go well for me. Best people understand that. Supposedly, all black children are given the "talk." If that is the case, they should know what to do.
