But, and, unless the Grand Jury's transcripts are released, the allotted "15 minutes" have expired.

Breonna's life was important and it is sad to loose her but, , , , we trust that the Grand Jury performed their job.

I can see how it was hard to charge the cops.
They just sucked at their job.
incompetence like that should be criminal, but is not in America.
No this was not a correct outcome.
Innocents are dead, trust destroyed.

It's racist ding, because it happens more to black people, because of racism. See cheater. duh.
It needs fixing.

It is only "racist" in the view of those who see no problem with the high amount of "black" crime. No, there is no valid argument against that fact. Do Not use that old, tired, "those poor people" excuse. They are killing themselves. Crime is crime. Things need to get a whole bunch better before I feel sorry about any of it.

Many years ago in Tallahassee my house mates were paramedics working out of TMH. One night they got a call. They got to the scene in French Town and found a black man laying on the street corner, "dead as a wedge", with a pretty tight pattern of four bullet wounds. My buddy asked the crowd what happened. "He fell down"!

dingbatch super concerned about "black" crime! oh and he's got a personal story!

Hey dingbatch did your parents have to drink out of a different drinking fountain than the white folk? Were they concerned about having their house blown up because they told other people they wanted to be treated the same? Did you or your parents have trouble getting loans, housing, an education?

You don't know $hit about any of that. SO take your black on black crime right wing hate speech and roll it up in your confederate flag and stuff it.

It's only racist is the view of the normal human beings. Black people do not commit more crimes than other races.

I'm sorry. I've been in "a bad spot" with everything lately. I will elaborate later.

JFC...the balls on this guy...

Officer sues Breonna Taylor's boyfriend over emotional distress

The lawsuit claims Louisville Sergeant Jonathan Mattingly experienced "severe trauma, mental anguish, and emotional distress" because of Kenneth Walker's actions on March 13.

Mattingly and two other officers entered Taylor's apartment early in the morning that day with a warrant in an attempt to carry out a drug investigation. Walker, a licensed gun owner who said he thought the officers were intruders, allegedly fired a shot that hit Mattingly in the leg. Police opened fire, killing Taylor. Taylor had no criminal record and no drugs were found.

"Walker's conduct in shooting Mattingly is outrageous, intolerable, and offends all accepted standards of decency and morality," the lawsuit said, citing one of the legal standards for intentional emotional distress.

DOJ charges 4 Louisville police officers in Breonna Taylor case

Attorney General Merrick Garland said that civil rights offenses, including a falsified search warrant, led to the killing of the 26-year-old Black woman and emergency room technician in Louisville, Ky.

Kyle Meany, Joshua Jaynes and Kelly Goodlett were among the officers charged with using false information to obtain the search warrant. A fourth officer, Brett Hankison, was charged with using excessive force. According to Reuters, all four of the officers were arrested on Thursday.

Garland alleged that Taylor's Fourth Amendment rights were violated when three of the officers obtained the warrant knowing they lacked probable cause, understanding it contained false information and omitted other information. He claimed that the defendants knew that allegations of drug trafficking occurred at Taylor's address were not true and that the warrant would be executed by armed officers.

According to Garland, the officers who executed the search warrant were not involved in obtaining it and were not aware it had false information. Garland said the officers involved with obtaining the warrant created false documents and conspired to lie to investigators in the aftermath of Taylor's death.

The officers were looking for a drug suspect who lived 10 miles away and was already in police custody. During the execution of the "no-knock" warrant, Taylor's boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, fired one shot, to which more than 20 rounds were returned, striking and killing Taylor.

The process failed, whoever was at fault, innocent people died.
All those who acted, by signing paper or pulling a trigger, have to ask themselves if they made a mistake.

Sounds like a case for "felony murder" on the part of the police.
