I thought libertarian/conservatives were against zero tolerance laws that would automatically treat consensual sex between a 19 year old and a 16 year old as rape? I guess they changed their minds. Strange they supported Roy Moore's antics too. All this bill does is put oral sex on an equal footing with vaginal sex and it is still up to the judge to evaluate the relationship just as before.
