The fake video overlays a nails-on-chalkboard hag to distract from the clever edit. The firetruck is 100 feet or so closer and the fire fighters standing to the right of it are edited out. It is clear as day when you look at the original live footage, but I wouldn't suspect dotards to care about truth anymore. You gave up your values a long time ago.
