I guess you can say that progs had their day in the sun. For once in their lives, they didn't feel like complete outcasts. Other people were living like progs - tucked away in hiding, by themselves, leading miserable lives. Must have been gratifying to them. I imagine that is why they are so resistant to people putting a stop to that stupidity. That is why it grated on them so much that people went to Sturgis to have fun. It was a slap in their faces when I proclaimed this to be over. They want other people to be as miserable as they are. So they are hanging on to this as long as they can. Sorry progs, it's over.
