Me three - I absolutely disagree with the trend of the last 15 years or so to militarize the local police forces.

However i absolutely agree with more intensive screening to weed out the aggro types, and much more training on deescalation and restrained use of lethal force.
Pumping a dozen rounds into someone to "neutralize the threat" should not be the standard when lethal force is required.
