Best advice is to strengthen your immune system
Funny thing about a healthy strong immune system. It doesn't do anything if it doesn't recognize the virus as foreign until the virus is replicating out of control and wrecking stuff. Then the immune system panics and that is the double fuck. That's the real trick; does the immune system recognize it in time? Might be genetic luck, might be prior recent exposure to other similar coronas that cause colds. Should we really be rolling the dice like that when the case fatality and significant morbidity rate is demonstrably way higher than the flu?
Strengthening the immune system ( e.g. cardio exercise & maybe take something natural like elderberry ) is definitely wise advise which can't hurt and honestly really the only thing we can do other than minimize exposure. However you are spot on that there is something unknown about this thing, it doesn't affect all people the same way. Many many cases of young healthy folks having a really rough go of it. Definitely have to stay vigalent....
