Gorsuch is grandstanding. He never wanted to be a justice, he wants to be THE justice. Does anyone really need a written opinion and the legal underpinnings of a bad decision that deprived private business from enforcing virus protections? From s guy not wearing a mask? It appears that his brilliance detracts from the seriously eroded "apolitical" image of the Court. It also appears that ROberts and Sotomayor tried some damage control this morning but it's essentially throwing a word casserole at the wall while gorsuch remains unmasked and thinks he's the smarter guy for it. Can't wait for another thirty years with this guy.
