It does happen. And after researching it a little bit it's the go to method in countries with strict gun laws it seems. It also shows it's a mental health issue more than a gun law issue, though both need to be addressed.

Look I'm not trying to argue with you guys on this subject. I agree that it's too easy for just anyone to get a gun.
Stiffer laws will not affect my ability to get one if I choose to.
Stiffer laws also do not impinge on anyone's 2nd amendment rights.

yeah, but why not keep certain ways they can take out mass amounts quickly out of the equation, like a gun?

Why does the military arm soldiers marines etc with guns and not just knives? One is more effective at killing. Guess which one.

Maybe so, but the idea is that these types of mass shooters lately (loner, voices-in-the-head-type of psychos, but with no prev. criminal history) are too big of a pvssy to obtain firearms illegally in the black market, and they may not want to interface with sketchy people in the underworld. Factor in stricter gun laws with security-clearance-level of background checks, can also help weed these people out when trying to obtain guns legally


Of course there will always be some that can slip through the cracks, and even one mass shooting incident is too much. But we could also prevent just one
