Are you denying that the things Durham outlined actually happened or is the truth just not that important to you? I have to imagine that if you are being honest with yourselves that the answer is much closer to the latter. What is the point of having a discussion with someone who doesn't even value the truth? There isn't one. What is scary is how many of you there are. This seems like it borders on being a sociopath. Opie yells about morals when he voted for Trump. You holler about coups and think January 6th was a guided tour. Both of you are nucking futs. I think January 6th would have been much larger if the Twitter files and the Durham report had been released prior to January 6th. People should protest when their government is being stolen from them. Why can't someone speak about morals when they voted for Trump? Maybe a combination: 1. Your identity is tied to your beliefs. If you are to be proven this wrong about something, then in your mind, this is much more than being wrong about one of your opinions. This puts a crack in your very identity, ego, and worldview. 2. You know you can't justify your opinion on a subject but you intend to keep believing it all the same. 3. You can't bare to turn on the lights because seeing the roaches is too scary and painful. It is too much for you to realize that you are are on the team of the crooks and liars, so you prefer to just call people names, then put your head back in the sand. 4. You know the Democrats are crooks and liars but you believe that they are doing what they are doing for a good purpose.
