He tells the world that he is no longer running, not by addressing the country on TV or video but via text on social media and then goes silent for days??? This shit is far from normal. Things are looking more and more like Biden got the Nikita Khrushchev treatment. It is looking like last weekend he was pulled into a room and told to sign the letter that had been drafted for him. That still doesn't explain why he hasn't said anything since, unless they took it a step further and "tied off the loose end".
