Mistrial. I am certainly not one to underestimate the stupidity of progs, but I find it hard to believe that even NYC progs could find him guilty.

Not guilty. Idiot progs. If you live in NYC, you'd be a fool to try to help someone being attacked.

He was found not guilty, doesn't that suggest that you can help someone, but maybe not choke them out?

You represent your clients for free? I imagine that Penny's defense cost $200,000+.

We have a system where even if he didn't have a dime he would have a court appointed attorney. He had a good defense and his mistrial turned out to result in a dismissal. This is a case of the system working. He put his faith in a jury and walked away with no charges. That takes courage. Good for him.

No, it isn't working. This was a selective prosecution and one that should never have been brought. It worked out. More people will flee NYC as long as Bragg is there. That is a good thing. With all the people fleeing the shithole states for normal states, we're moving toward an electoral majority in 2030.

Every prosecution has its proponents and detractors in every case. They are not handing out cookies for good behavior. Stick to the shallow end of the pool where your pull ups don't get wet.
