"To the Feds, I'll keep this short, because I do respect what you do for our country. To save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn't working with anyone.
"This was fairly trivial: some elementary social engineering, basic CAD, a lot of patience. "The spiral notebook, if present, has some straggling notes and To Do lists that illuminate the gist of it. My tech is pretty locked down because I work in engineering so probably not much info there. "I do apologize for any strife of traumas but it had to be done. "Frankly, these parasites simply had it coming. A reminder: the US has the #1 most expensive healthcare system in the world, yet we rank roughly #42 in life expectancy. "United is the [indecipherable] largest company in the US by market cap, behind only Apple, Google, Walmart. It has grown and grown, but has our life expectancy? "No the reality is, these [indecipherable] have simply gotten too powerful, and they continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allowed them to get away with it. "Obviously the problem is more complex, but I do not have space, and frankly I do not pretend to be the most qualified person to lay out the full argument. But many have illuminated the corruption and greed (e.g.: Rosenthal, Moore), decades ago and the problems simply remain. "It is not an issue of awareness at this point, but clearly power games at play. Evidently I am the first to face it with such brutal honesty." ------------------------- Man will never be free until the last king is strangled with the entrails of the last priest. As someone who has represented murderers, I pity this man. He seems to have very little idea of the life he gave up to murder a CEO in furtherance of Insurance reform. I think this sympathy and blow back against United will have faded in the time it takes to bring him to trial or a plea. He was, by all accounts, a very bright, promising man. That is now over and he will be just another inmate in a crowded prison where everyday is the longest day of your life and the years all blend together as you wonder how to distinguish one day from the next.

I think he shows some signs of mental illness, and I'd expect him to be well defended given the resources of his family.

He gets life in almost every scenario. I don't see a jury pardon for him.

I'm not sure I buy the story as to how he was caught. How many McDonald's employees are news junkies? All that we'd seen of the guy is his smile. If you are in a McDonalds and are 95% sure that the guy you are looking at might look like the suspect, are you going to call 911?

Come on let sniper spin a yarn. Maybe he can get a job on Infowars after Musk buys it back for Alex Jones.

Yep. It might be time for the Sandy Hook families to send a clear message and settle the Jones score Luigi-style. or maybe some good samaritan will take care of it for them pro-bono. ------------------------- ![]() Donzo's Perade of Sad Edited: 12/12/2024 at 01:33 AM by fishkller |

Kind of funny how someone with such an Italian name has pulled on thread of the new Rome fabric.

Come on let sniper spin a yarn. Maybe he can get a job on Infowars after Musk buys it back for Alex Jones. Whether you know it or not, you kind of bring up an interesting point in your own shit-lib kind of way. The legacy media has been caught lying to us so much that everything they say is suspect. I've heard Alex Jones on Rogan but never sought out his own broadcast/podcasts. Whatever he said about Sandy Hook didn't affect me or really anyone I know and he was fined over one BILLION dollars. That seems f'ing nuts. Do you think all the talking heads in the media believed that the dossier was true and believed what they were saying about Russiagate when they had wall to wall coverage of it from dusk til dawn everyday for 4 years? If Jones was fined $1B for saying something incorrect that didn't affect 99.9% of Americans, what should the punishment be for these lying shit-libs in the media for saying things that impacted all of us for years? $10B? $20B? It is really hard to say but I hope we get to find out. ------------------------- "The government who robs Peter to pay Paul can always depend on the support of Paul," - George Bernard Shaw “End of quote. The families of murdered children got persistent and pervasive death threats for years. Alex Jones knew he was lying but he studied the consequences and saw he sold more shit. So he wasn't fined a billion dollars for a little mistake. It was pervasive and sustained and even when he had many opportunities to back his crazies off, he doubled down. He gambled big and lost big. There are people who were jailed making threats to these parents. Free speech can be expensive when you lie like that for that long. It was a simple question of damages for the jury. The jury calculated all the misery and figured out their verdict. That's our system

I'm saying that the Biden/Harris inflation has hit civil suits with a vengeance. The precedent has been set though, so it will be interesting to see how it will be applied to others, who also have plenty of income and assets to go after, that knowingly lied about things that impacted everyone in the country. ------------------------- "The government who robs Peter to pay Paul can always depend on the support of Paul," - George Bernard Shaw “End of quote.
