If you think that Biden and Harris "inflation" has "hit" civil suits, you need to familiarize yourself with how juries are picked and the numbers returned in verdicts over the past 40 years. This "precedent" has been around forever. If you file a case, you prepare it, depose witnesses, provide and receive discovery, mediate, settle or try the case. There are plenty of off ramps and trials represent a risk for all parties because juries are not capable of being forecasted with any accuracy. Juries do not behave uniformly or in any pattern. Both sides have major input in how their cases settle or get tried and any understanding of a verdict cannot be seen through some simplistic lens of runaway verdicts in a fog of inflation. That is just not how it works.
