It's been 304 days and the orange Julius is more concerned with his bathroom renovation than working to end this war.

His boy witkoff came up with a plan with his Russian friends and it was presented to Zelenskyy this week.
Basicall it requires the Ukraine to give up substantial land, including land they currently control, and to reduce their military capability substantially.

I'm sure the Russian invaders loved that deal.

Zelenskyy was not in love with it.

Putin said a few words to Trump and Trump backed off. That means the US is no longer the most powerful country in the world.

Trump has a new plan.

1) Ukraine needs to give up land taken by Russia
2) Ukraine needs to reduce the size of their military

Trump is ridiculous and embarassing and obviously has no plan whatsoever.

Today again he ridicules Zelenskyy saying how he is ungrateful to the US for trying to help stop this war...

Trump seems to be schizophrenic when it comes to Zelenskyy.

But is all about gibing MBS a happy ending even though the guy is a criminal.
Go figure.
Putin must have talked to Trump again.

Putin must have talked to Trump again.

Yep, and I'm betting that's where he got the idea for the Venezuela invasion.

Zelensky should be grateful Trump is compromised and can't save a fledgeling democracy from an ambitious dictator who has pictures of Donnie bone spurs blowing bubbles.

All those recent peace talks were productive but yielded nothing.

The Kremlin says it's wrong to suggest Vladimir Putin rejected US proposals for peace in Ukraine after talks with US negotiators in Moscow.
But Putin says No.

Trump has been played by Putin at every turn, yet he still always defers to Russia.
Why is that?

"Attrition and Percent Losses of Russian Units

Verified data confirms manpower/equipment attrition from combat, as logistics are interdicted by UKR drones. Russian logistics face up to 90% losses from UKR artillery, drones, mines and ambushes. Key units in Pokrovsk (51st/2nd/41st Combined Arms Armies, Central Grouping) have suffered heavily:

Overall, Central Grouping (Pokrovsk lead) lost 96,574 personnel Jan-Aug 2025 (34% of frontline total), with urban tactics amplifying infantry bleed (up to 2:1 KIA per fireteam).

NATO Standard Losses as a Measure of Defeat

NATO doctrine (e.g., STANAG 2116/APP-06) views defeat not as total annihilation but operational failure. By these metrics a NATO unit is considered 'defeated' if it sustains 20-30% losses; such a unit is judged to be no longer combat effective and will be withdrawn to reconstitute. Losses of 50%+ are equated to brigade-level defeat; such a unit will be withdrawn, often have its commanders relived and face a 'ground up' reorganization.

Attrition ratios >3:1 against the attacker are judged to be a defeat. For example the Somme: Offensive in WW I, where 50% losses forced the eveolutions to be suspended.

It is noteworthy that Russia's Pokrovsk effort applied 170,000 troops and sustained losses of 5 attacking Russians for every 1 Ukrainian casualty exceeds even the debacle of the Somme. Russia routinely sustains 30-50% unit casualties in offensive operations, a level of degradation sufficient for "defeat" thresholds. Russian casualties in Pokrovsk alone exceeded total casualties of the Russian army in the entire Soviet Afghan War: ~15,000 KIA over 10 years vs. Pokrovsk's 15,000 casualties per month.

SACEUR assessed that Russia's 15% force recruitment and growth only masks an unsustainable loss rate; culmination of Russian front line forces in the Ukraine war risks broader collapse if Ukraine is empowered to peruse large scale ground maneuver warfare."

In short, Ukraine could break Russia with a little more help. Trump is on the side of Russia. That sucks.

In a brief moment of clarity Trump said he wanted to help Ukraine push the Russians back to the pre-invasion borders.
Then he talked to Putin...or rather Putin talked to Trump and said No.

Then Trump and the MAGA forgot all about what Trump said.

It is obvious Trump has no plan, but Putin does.

I would like to see the unredacted version of the Mueller Report.

"The truth is out there"

Who will die first: Putin or Trump?

If trump dies does the cult of personality end?

I'm not sure that America sees this for what it is. The Russian invasion isn't some part-time scrimmage where the occasional missile is lobbed. This is mayhem, violence and death on a massive scale where the innocent are often the target. And all for what? It doesn't need to happen. This is all on Russia. It's a damn shame that more of America doesn't understand these facts and support a true end to the one-sided aggression.

The day after their "productive" talks Russia executed a massive missile strike against civilian targets in the Ukraine.

Trump and his simps were played again.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine is still going on after the "productive" talks with Russia.

Trump now says he is disappointed with the Ukraine because they did not accept the plan Russia wants.
Trump claims Zelenskyy did not even read the proposal.
Ironic accusation from a President who doesn't read hardly anything.

And how many days now has Putin be playing Trump?

Trump was always going to walk away from Ukraine, and lets be clear, its probably more like stepping away because he was never in Ukraine's corner and he never understood why they were fighting to begin with.

It is almost New Year's and the Russian invasion of the Ukraine is still going on.

Trump met with Zelenskyy in Florida this weekend and said it was a really productive meeting.
Of course, Trump talked with Putin before the meeting, and during the meeting to make sure Putin was happy.

So, Trump says the talks were productive, Zelenskyy not so much...and still nothing.
Why?
Because Putin, that is why.
And Trump is more than happy to accommodate Putin.
