More dipshit shenanigans from the New Brown shirts:
Families with citizen children deported by ICE sue Trump administration Two Louisiana mothers who were deported to Honduras along with their citizen children in April have now sued the Trump administration, arguing that their removals lacked due process in violation of federal law. Deportation of 6-year-old student sparks uproar in New York over ICE tactics The second-grade New York City public school student went with her mother and older brother on Aug. 12 to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement check-in at a federal building in lower Manhattan when agents detained them, a family lawyer told USA TODAY. New York City officials confirmed the student and her mother, who were living in Queens, were deported the morning of Aug. 19. Federal agents open fire at San Bernardino family during enforcement operation US Customs and Border Protection officers opened fire during a targeted immigration enforcement operation. But the family inside the vehicle said they drove away out of fear for their safety after masked men emerged from unmarked cars and surrounded their truck with weapons drawn before smashing the truck's windows. Martin, one of the three men in the vehicle, told CNN affiliate KABC he was working with his father-in-law and 18-year-old brother-in-law on Saturday morning when their vehicle was suddenly surrounded. The agents did not identify themselves and the family stayed inside the locked car. A New Zealand mother and her 6-year-old son released from US immigration custody after being detained for weeks A Washington state mother and her 6-year-old son have been released after spending more than three weeks in US immigration detention due to a brief trip to Canada 'He doesn't feel safe': Family speaks out after teen with disability is mistakenly detained by federal agents The mother of a 15-year-old California boy who was briefly detained by federal agents at gunpoint in a case of mistaken identity recalled the terrifying interaction in an interview Wednesday. Andreina Mejia said she was parked at the curb outside Arleta High School on Monday to enroll her daughter. At that time, her son, Baldemar Gutierrez, who has special needs, was with her. All of a sudden, a truck pulled up behind Mejia's car and a group of masked men poured out of the truck to surround her and her son, she recalled. "Somebody approached me, and another person approached [Baldermar], pointing a gun and a Taser," she said. "They pulled him out and they handcuffed him right away. ------------------------- The GOP are now: Guardians Of Pedophiles |

More ICE shenanigans.
Masked and unidentified men rush up on a car with guns drawn, break the window, and find out there are two green card holders and a USC in the car. When asked for Identification by the USC's father (who brought daughter's passport) he was told they can't show ID to him. This shit is going to get way worse when ICE gets their 3x plus up in budget. More ICE fun and games.
This guy losing his gat is amateur hour. The gun wasn't retained in his rig properly and it literally fell out onto the ground, as did a spare magizine. The guy they were detaining swept the gun away and the ICE guy goes full panic and after retrieving the gun points the gun at bystanders and maintains a very defensive stance with his gun drawn. The black dude behind him had his shit more together as he pulled his gun and then reholsters after assessing that there was no threat. These clowns should have their $50k bonuses revoked and be forced to take their 10 hours of training over again. ------------------------- If I should ever die, God forbid, let this be my epitaph: THE ONLY PROOF HE NEEDED FOR THE EXISTENCE OF GOD WAS MUSIC - KV |

More stupid ICE antics.
"Attorney Jaba Tistsuashvili says his client, Garcia Venegas, was wrongly detained by ICE twice, one of which was a violent encounter, despite showing his real ID to prove his American citizenship." They detained an American citizen twice because he is brown and works construction. Now he is suing ICE. ------------------------- If I should ever die, God forbid, let this be my epitaph: THE ONLY PROOF HE NEEDED FOR THE EXISTENCE OF GOD WAS MUSIC - KV |

So, Todd Blanche is giving orders to arrest a NJ mayor after that mayor left the premisis and was outside the gates...and the supervisor told ICE and fed agents to turn OFF their body cams (around the 0:50 mark).
But one agent didn't know how to run the body came and at the end of this footage asks another how to turn it off. This is the crap that ICE is doing and being directed to do by people appointed by Trump. And the Republicans dared call federal agents 'jack-booted government thugs' when Elian Gonzalez was illegally taken and deported by the U.S. government. That was literally a one off compared to what they are doing now on a daily basis. Sad. ------------------------- If I should ever die, God forbid, let this be my epitaph: THE ONLY PROOF HE NEEDED FOR THE EXISTENCE OF GOD WAS MUSIC - KV |
