Only a prog is dumb enough to think this would work. Our annual health care expenditures are about $5 trillion. California's tax revenues for dope are about $1 billion. Extrapolate that to the entire country and we'd get about $10 billion in dope revenues. There is a bit of a shorfall, isn't there? This is why the economy goes to crap anytime a prog is in charge. "Hey, let's spend $5 trillion and we'll pay for it by raising $10 billion." Getting a degree in Disabled African Lesbian studies doesn't qualify one to run much of anything.

This coming from a guy on free government healthcare that I am paying for. lol

Republicans did all they could to make the ACA less efficient and it has worked. Costs have exploded. Then they shut the government down to make it even higher. There are 25 million of us in this situation, and I haven't even mentioned the 40 million who will no longer have Medicaid. The elderly, the infirm and poor children have been cut free by Republicans. All of this was to fund tax cuts for the wealthy. Granny dies so Elon can get another tax break. That's fucked up.
