Considering Rollins College's undergrad has 1400 students, I'm willing to bet the bank that UF has more rich kids

I haven't looked up any numbers, but betcha the student body is at least as good as UC (well, maybe San Diego, not Berkeley--Berkeley's student body is as good as Stanford's but from non-affluent families), Michigan, UVa, UNC-CH.

UC San Diego? Try UC Merced.

Oh the irony. Talk about messing up an insult! And bob3000 -- after you've had sooo much practice with ww!

It leaves me feeling gloomy.

As someone on here is fond of saying:
"Discuss."

2 years ago i sat across from Jarvis Moss at grandy's the sunday morning after the saturday night where he saved the national championship season by blocking the South Carolina field goal (in spurrier's first year) as time expired....the front page of the gville sun had a great half page pic of him about 13' in the air with the ball on his hand....got him to sign it....

LOL, I didn't even live there, but was a serial Gator Dater for about 12 years. Went to UCF for the small class sizes (now you know that's the old days), but commuted to UF many weekends for the social life. "Lived" wherever my girlfriend at the time lived. Mostly ghetto apartments I can't remember the names of now. I may have "defaced" that SAE lion in a drunken stupor one time, after staggering out of a toga party down the street...

TOGA! TOGA! TOGA!

I finally got settled up here....I'm 2 miles North of 13th St.-Univ Ave in a cool old neighborhood with 1920-1950 houses with tons of big oak trees hovering all over, in a house that backs up to the old cemetery. It's like a zillion times better than the run down cookie cutter treeless 80's subdivision I lived in Orlando surrounded by bad traffic. It's a pretty mixed neighborhood here, yet everybody is friendly and waves when you drive by. I'm not used to this at all!

The campus is beautiful when driving by.

OK-now how do I get to the coast from here?

And where's the parties?

take university ave east until you hit 100 in Palatka, 100 will take you through flagler and give you access to i-95 if you aren't satisfied with flagler
