Hola! I know many of you are jonesing to get back to Costa Rica and my job is to ensure you get the waves you are looking for - safely, comfortably, and at the right price. Send me a PM if you have questions or are ready to go!

Pavones, Witchs Rock, Salsa Brava or anywhere in between. I accommodate for all levels of surfers and will put you on the breaks that match your skill level. I am NOT a surf camp, but a surf travel agency that partners with local businesses around the country.

I've planned trips for many 2ndlight members and have been doing this for 24 years so have the experience and knowledge to make your vacation perfect.

Gracias ~ Greg (2ndlight'er since 1998)

Just an FYI, if you pick up one of my rack cards from Neilson Surf Shop and then mention the shop when you book your Costa Rica surf vacation, you get $25 off AND Neilson's shop gets $25. The same offer goes for Koru Swimwear in Cocoa Beach and Catalyst Surf Shop. It's my way of supporting the surfing community.

Greg helped my brother, father, and me with a trip for us a few years back and it was incredible! Next time we plan a Costa Rica visit, he's the first person we'll contact!

Yes, but you must have a negative COVID test from within 72 hours and must buy insurance. Ive book a trip and the flights for some January warmth, but will not be surprised if it goes off the rails.

Ya didn't mention surf restrictions currently in place. There are only certain times you can surf. These times vary and are on and off. Tensions high down there and seems they are being directed at hoales especially from the US.

Right now you can surf all day and the beaches are open until 8 p.m. on weeknights, 10 p.m. on the weekend. They also stopped asking for Covid-19 test results before entering. As a travel consultant I also offer travel insurance with the optional lodging coverage through my partner at Travel Guard. Click for a Quote
