If you ever have the opportunity to visit Tropic Star Lodge, it's the trip of a lifetime.

This is especially fitting on International Women's Day.

I tried getting her to make it a dual surf/fish lodge, but the only wave that doesn't break directly onto jagged rocks in the area is the river mouth and its the local bullshark nursery so good luck with that... and I'm pretty sure the rooster fish in the area would probably bite like a bullshark too.

If I can get the time off we're going to go out to the induction in September. Having the IGFA HOF in Missouri seems ridiculous to me, but it's cheaper than Ft. Liquordale I guess.



She/TSL really do care and conservation is top priority for them. Dr. Harvey (Guy and Jessica) do a lot of research there. The rooster fish tourney is a really cool on-going study. They're learning a lot about the species.
