Weirdly, in Vero, the Under the Oaks art show ran on Friday and a shutdown was announced about 4 pm; nothing on Saturday. Bok Tower Gardens is also closed.

Meanwhile, my citrus are blooming and flowers being pollinated. I rarely attend plant sales anymore. I barely have any room in my yard for any more plants.

My yard is badly overloaded with plants. Major job this winter was trimming the mangos and severely cutting back a "wild lime," a great native buttefly larva host, but nasty little spines. Should cut it to the ground. Also remove a gardenia that's in too much shade.

Yes, job security trimming mango back! They are holding fruit right now. Looks like another non-freezing winter.

Rye grass has basically died back to dead.
