Wavewatcher Posts: 7996 Joined Forum: 07/24/2003	The Sebastian Inlet situation seems frozen. The Sebastian Inlet District has a narrowly definded mission. It can seem to maintain fishing access on the jetty, but for some reason redesigns to improve surfing aren't allowed.
