Ha, still no luck. Anyway, just FYI, adding nitrogen to the Lagoon watershed by fertilizing cost about $5/lb. Removing nitrogen from the Lagoon by dredging muck costs about $400/lb. Cost effective? You decide. Your taxes at work.
