At least you can admit that Rick Scott is a criminal.

Scott used the fifth 75 times and his company was fined over two billion dollars for fraud that occurred when he was in charge. Civil court saw him as guilty and he kept his mouth shout to keep the criminal court from doing the same.

Sorry barrister, but the ball is in your court.

If he had a D in front of his name, you would be all over him and your actions would be justified.

No, I am carfefully monitoring this thread. I have, in fact, devoted my life to it.

I use name calling in trials, though very subtly. But I primarily win by making logical and persuasive arguments, like I do on this forum.
