Can a circuit judge overrule the SCOTUS? One other thing dipshit.... Congress signed a tax law last year that included removing the 'individual mandate' from Obamacare. By removing the 'individual mandate' Congress effectively changed/altered the foundation of Obamacare that actually made it a tax (SCOTUS Roberts ruling that Obamacare was a tax). It's NOT a tax any more....thus it's un-constitutional. ANY MORON CAN SEE THIS! Idiot! Let me get this straight, Republicans, including Trump passed a bill that effectively kills healthcare for millions and yet they don't have a replacement? And Trump and Republicans see this as a win? Really? Now I can see why so many Republicans in the House jumped ship. IE: ILLEGAL! IDIOT! Now you are saying the SCOTUS doesn't have the final say, considering they said it was Constitutional? But as Scombrid keeps asking, how is this new decision to be funded? And what are those of us who use the ACA supposed to do for insurance? I am a responsible American, I want to pay my own way and have no desire to buck the system for my family and I to survive...unfortunately, it's looking like Republicans are forcing me into that corner. Now you are saying the SCOTUS doesn't have the final say, considering they said it was Constitutional? NO...SCOTUS said it was a TAX! The judge said thyat the TAX is unconstitutional and the TAX had been removed by Congress.... Soooooo...therefore Obamacare is NO LONGER a TAX..... Congress regulated the TAX part GONE! Therefore it was Congress that sunk Obamacare! NOT SCOTUS! SCOTUS will have no justifiable reason (ie: NO FINAL SAY) to vote any other way about Obamacare....as in....IT'S GONE! If anyone with half a brain can see...it's no longer a TAX! Even your lame as shit liberal side of SCOTUS will have no choice but to vote it down! FACT! Hell, what haven't I been right on; from a stimulus tax cut that heats the economy so it has to be cooled by interest rate hikes, to multiple arrests and convictions, to meetings with Assange (said that one in 2016), to flopping with NK and tariffs taking a bite out of the economy. My new predictions: The economy output falls below three percent, Trump's kids make the headlines in negative fashion and Trump tells more lies.
