Gerrymandering means the choose their voters, not the voters choosing their elected officials. That's a failure for democracy, and a surprise that you think its winning. The GOP's pendulum will swing the other way and their power will too. They will then pretend that democracy matters, that this practice is wrong and that it has to stop once they are no longer the perpetual party guaranteed by the gerrymandering. Will you call the democrats that exact this revenge winners?

It is disturbing that cases of Gerrymandering will now be decided in state courts or by the state politicians that enacted them. This is the government dividing our votes in order to stay in power. We form a voting bloc and the politicians negate our vote so they can stay in power. that's bullshit
