Please throw your 'Teflon' crap in the trash.

I had previously purchased an eight inch 'hybrid' from Michelangelo to 'give it a try' and it works like a champ. It uses a Hexclad 'knock off' hex pattern.

All of my other pots&pans are Greenpan's ceramic Venice Pro.

So, yesterday for Prime I ordered a hybrid Greenpan APEX 10 incher. Got it an hour ago and gave it a quick look and a wash. Put it on the electric coil stove top on high and let it warm up a bit. No oils. Dropped in a cold egg and let it get going to the point where it was 'snapping and popping. and it slid right off with a stainless spatula.

Oh, and, , , , it is oven safe up to 850F.
