Biden approval rating drops below 40% for the first time in an average of major polls
The White House is attempting to wrangle a number of crises
Kyle Morris | Fox News

Approval of President Biden's performance in the White House continues to weaken as the administration works to deal with the Ukraine border conflict, rising inflation, the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and chaos at the Mexican border.

For the first time since taking office, Biden's approval rating - based on an accumulation of polling data - fell below 40%. A Real Clear Politics average of all the most recent national surveys measuring Biden's standing put the president's approval at 39% and his disapproval at 54%.

Biden has also found himself at the center of a Russia-Ukraine border conflict in Europe. Last month, Biden predicted Russian President Vladimir Putin would advance into Ukraine, saying, "My guess is he will move in. He has to do something."

Biden continues to take heat from Americans over rising gas prices, leading his own party to introduce a proposal to temporarily suspend the federal gas tax in order to help blunt the financial pain of surging prices at the pump.

Other costs, including energy bills, are also having an impact on Americans. New York residents say their bills have doubled in the latest wrinkle to red-hot inflation.

Fox News reached out to the White House in an effort to see what factors may have contributed to Biden's sinking average polling numbers but did not receive an immediate response.

I wonder what backroom deal Trump made with the Saudis to keep oil prices at zero?

Or was it his failed economy that kept them low? It's hard to tell with Trump, considering he sucked at everything.

Definitely in the running for worst president ever. Why didn't anyone warn us about the perils of electing a senile president?

The only good thing about inflation is that is makes it much more likely the R's will have a great November. Go inflation.

Its too bad we can't have an honest discussion about what an absolute disaster this administration is. Does anyone actually think Biden is calling any shots? What the Dems are doing to him, is borderline elderly abuse.

Curious if anyone is paying attention to any of the confirmation hearings for Biden's appointees. If you are, it would be no secret the Dems have been hijacked by extreme left wing radicals, and they way his appointees either blatantly refuse to answer straight forward questions, squirm around their precedent of racial and political bias, and/or obvious waste of our tax dollars as kick backs (not to say the Rs aren't guilty of this latter part, but the not at this scale) is sickening.

To anyone actually paying attention, if should become obvious we are at war. War from within.

(queue the usefull idiots who only parrot the narrative, and don't even bother to form their own opinions)

We can have an honest discussion so long as we ignore what progs are bleating on about. There are some thoughtful people on this forum. Shouldn't let the fools veto good discussion.

It didn't happen for 4 years of Trump's administration with the R's, why would you expect it during Biden's with the D's?

All we heard for the past years was propaganda/narrative about his "scandals" which most later turned out to be false/out of context. Rarely any mention of policies.

Believe it or not, most people are smart enough to know that policies matter, not personality.(Well, those that matured from high school mind set) Most of you fools had your emotional strings pulled and developed seething hatred over anything but policy. .

Under Trump

North Korea not a threat
Ukraine OK
Afghanistan not in shambles (well...not compared to now)
Border was getting secured
Gas prices lowest they've been in a while
Stock market doing awesome
Shelves fully stocked
Prices of commons good sustainable
Unemployment down
Working towards energy independence

Compare all that shit to now, after 1yr of Biden's administration. Can you tell me one policy being enacted to address any of the issues above? Seems like his policies are just driving us further down the drain. At lease we'll have free crack pipes!

That is what progs do. It is their agenda. Their enemies are success, competency and intelligence, which is why they hated Trump so much.

"Coleslaw quote--I wonder what backroom deal Trump made with the Saudis to keep oil prices at zero?" I guess you missed the facts that Trump made us energy independent and blunder/hyena screwed that up, but being a libtard that would make sense!

Yo...SHITFORBRAINS.....

Those BALLS on your CHIN are sucking the blood from your BRAIN!

"U.S. energy production in 2019 was higher than U.S. energy consumption for the first time in 62 years.
Thus, the U.S. attained the long-held goal of "energy independence" - which is not to say that we did not import or export energy, but that we produced more energy than we used.
One can thank the oil and gas industry and its use of hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling for that milestone as production in those industries increased a combined 11 percent in 2019.
Total U.S. energy production increased by 5.7 percent in 2019 while U.S. energy demand decreased by 0.9 percent.
The United States produced 101.0 quadrillion British thermal units (quads) of energy and consumed 100.2 quads last year.
Fossil fuels accounted for 80 percent of both energy consumption and production in 2019."

You have to wonder what universe these misfits are living in. I get that their favored propagnada sources didn't report on all the good that Trump did. But how couldn't you know this?

What? Trade wars are easy to win?

Believe it or not, most people are smart enough to know that policies matter, not personality.(Well, those that matured from high school mind set) Most of you fools had your emotional strings pulled and developed seething hatred over anything but policy. .

Under Trump

North Korea not a threat

They test fired 22 missiles in 2019. True in 2018 there were no test launches, but the record set in 2017 indicated that they were in a R&D phase.

Ukraine OK

Uhm. Arms and aid were withheld in exchange for dirt on Biden. Russia was in Crimea. Trump did nothing about that incursion. Of course not.

Afghanistan not in shambles (well...not compared to now)

Shitshow, as it was forever. Trump did negotiate with terrorists. Repeat: Trump negotiated with Taliban without Afghani representatives.

Border was getting secured

By Steve Brannon and his con job? By the shitty wall that fell after a windstorm? By separating kid from parents where they were sexually assaulted and left without care? I really don't care, do you?

Gas prices lowest they've been in a while

That pandemic sure did help the price of gas. It was the same as the Obama Administration.

Stock market doing awesome

Yes, as a continuation of the foundation of the Obama Administration. And, under Biden, the stock market is higher than Trump. Thanks, Brandon!

Shelves fully stocked

Where the hell were you in 2020 when the shelves were barren? GTFO.

Prices of commons good sustainable

[Whatever the fuck that means.

Unemployment down

It is even lower today at 3.9%. Thanks, Brandon!

Working towards energy independence

We you asleep when Biden rolled out the Green New Deal. That is true energy independence.

Yuk, yuk. Crack pipes. The Infrastructure Plan will provide water & sewer pipes and rebuild our aging infrastructure. Something that Trump bragged he would do, but like most of his talk: nothing ever happened.

Biden pushed a relief package that ramped up testing and actually rolled out vaccines.

Biden is actually getting it done, where all Trump did was talk and talk and hold vanity rally after vanity rally.

Too bad you can't have an honest review.
