Works great for surfboards, kayaks, roof basket, etc. and super easy to install. Rails attach and lock to side rails up to 48 inches across. I had them for my 2005 Dodge Caravan, but my new one doesn't have side rails. (Sure wish it did since finding a new one with side rails cost me $375. Yakima and Thule, which also supplies Dodge, have discontinued them, so I had to find them at a Dodge dealer in Birmingham.) Bought them 5 years ago and they still look brand new. Reviewers say they worked for their Jeep Cherokee, Ford Escape, Subaru CorssTrek, Volvo, Infiniti QX30, Golf Alltrack, so they are versatile.
