Go to Windy, click on Waves, then go to the Waves panel and look for Tidal Currents. The Bay of Fundy, of course, but there's powerful ones well offshore. Lots around Great Britain. East Aisia is interesting. Florida? Nope. Try this: windy

My Windy has little surfers over each break. The info is weird, but whoever put it together knows their surf breaks. They have two different reports for Walker's cay in the Bahamas. Hell, they even have two reef breaks off of Cooper's Town on Little Abaco; Drownies and Rushin Rights.
