The White House told the Oversight Committee that it had directed Carl Kline, who was White House personnel security chief for the first two years of Trump's presidency, to ignore the committee's subpoena to appear.

The point of the article is that these fact checkers have a massive anti-Trump bias and that bias comes out by trashing Trump. A 27% error rate is huge. If 27% of all airline flights crashed, how many of you would fly? Only progs, most likely. More to the point, would you trust someone who told you lies more than a quarter of the time. Again, only progs would. And if they are this biased on "fact checks," it stands to reason that they are even worse when it comes to "news" and editorials. That is demonstrated by Trump articles being 95% negative, which is crazy for a president who is overseeing the best economy in 40 years. So, basically, what this shows is that you cannot trust the press on Trump.
