You know the difference. There is a huge difference between nominating a justice in the 4th year of a President's term when a seat is vacant, which a President is actually obligated to do and Biden not liking his odds with 9 justices on the court so he decides that he is going to completely realign the supreme court by adding 4 justices of his choosing. Trump is playing by the rules. The Democrats are mad so they are going to change the rules so that they can hit the ball from the ladies' tees.

Not having control of the Senate means he should have lost a vote. The new rule they created was to prevent him from being voted on as a referendum on the presidency. That was the new rule they created. Then they violated their new rule with the latest appointee. Quit pretending the GOP used rules when the fact is they exercised naked power when the rules they created would have prevented them doing what their naked use of power allowed.
