Unfortunately these "Down times" are killing this site. 2ndlight.com at one time may have been the most successful activity and quality wise non commercial surfing site in the world. It never recovered from being down due to the hack awhile back. It's really a shadow of what it was. Maybe it would have run its course anyway but I cant stop thinking about what it could be today.

No offense to Dave and Chuck and others who have worked to make 2ndlight the success it is.

I'm glad the site's back. And even though it's not recovered from its former glory days, as long as it's live, I'll keep coming back. I've probably been using 2ndlight for over a decade, and I'm sure it's been much longer for others. Searching through old threads leads to some real gold. 2nd light will always be a standby; it's an institution. Thanks to those that have kept it going through thick and thin.
