Lots of cars with out-of-state tags parked at the beachside end of Walmart's lot...

Walmart is in the County (I think, but, maybe Melbourne).

We were officially removed from the water in Cocoa Beach. The guy angry walked his way to me in the shorebreak, then shouted at me to get out of the water. I saw a cop yelling at another guy just down the beach.

Here is a tip, don't be an asshole. We get it. Wave to us, then say come back at 4:00.

I was right.

wow. i wasnt expecting them to actually go out into the water up your way. looks like everyone that was worried that would happen ended up at my beach instead. i am wondering if all those people parking at our defunct gas station got tickets or not

^ you may look back and say they should have closed it sooner, I am here in the Hot Zone now, Brevard Co should close the beaches and enforce, so many people packing into one spot, thanks Bretard, 1 month closure a week ago is what should have happened, 20+ surfers out at a location that usually has 1-3 at most, constant flow of people and cars using what was quiet neighborhood accesses, Families being dropped off on the side of A1A..more fisherman than I have ever seen, smart move...crowd the herd to one section of open beach...Can they lock down Florida yet? Nope, dollar rules everything around me...all the Air BNB's around are full of new faces, out of state tags, traffic everywhere...Please Just stay home

Leave it open now because the dollar rules. That is very short sighted. But it seems our leadership can't think more than a day or two ahead. The worse the spread the more severe the long term economic impact will be. It is really crapping on people that have already been put out of work to be taking actions that are going to prolong that unemployment.

^ I agree but when I say dollar rules, that is Brevard should shut down all <30 day rentals, Air BNB , VBRO, etc. They did not you can still book as I type this... Gov D. said it is an executive order no new short term rentals after 3/28..this is NOT happening, NY tags just showed up, Ocean front Air BNB party house full, new people in house across the street...No offensive but can't these outsiders come back in a month...no. wait, everyone is escaping NY.. & the North E.

^^^ I can't rat anyone out for anything....just not me...but Brevard Co. is still receiving the Short term rental bedroom tax as I write (a large amount to the coffers for "vacation rentals < 1 month) .... so $ over health...history writes which rules... no hope of change
