It will let me do 1 tif image at a time, but not the entire folder. Maybe you could combine all the tif images into one file. ESRI combining raster files Then try the extract by mask wizard using the combined tif file you created. |

There were 3 folders with 100's of images in each. One must learn extreme patience and NOT keep hitting buttons when working with a very finicky program and large volumes of data. My first map was labeled LakeO.mxd by the time I finished it was LakeOXII...
Anyway thanks for the input. I was up until 0330, but managed to get through it all. I ran 4 statistical models on all 3 bands and as I think was the point of the project each bandwidth was better suited to a particular model for chlorophyll. I was really stoked at the beginning to learn how to do this, about half way through I never wanted to see the shit again and now that I did it, I want to get more proficient at it. Scoops if we get off this lockdown nonsense anytime soon, the pitcher of beerz is yours.
