That's a theory cheater. The hearing is about proof for that that theory. Instead of saying that Trump didn't do it, they said it was hearsay, he did it and everyone does, so what, no harm no foul and it's boring. It's not a factual denial. You attack the democrats as liars. I'm sure they have lied too and often but this is focused on a specific event at a specific time with a specific result. Trump admitted to most of it. He acted on his own behalf outside the state department with his personal lawyer to get dirt on a political rival in the coming election. He never once mentioned corruption in his perfect call. He did mention some debunked bot conspiracies and the Bidens by name. That was to help him, not the country and he used shady means to do it. He's not innocent because the people impeaching him think he's a self centered grifter with a penchant for reality television. People that lie and hate you can still be taken seriously if they haven't lied about their evidence (about a liar and hater like trump). We are judging trump's character, we are judging his actions, what he did, why, who did it benefit and was it illegal.
