The republicans are trying to say that the house did a rush job and that they will only consider the evidence of the house. This is their attempt to profit by their stonewalling. They don't want Bolton to testify so that they can maintain their defense that there is no firsthand knowledge. They don't want the results of the obstructionist lawsuits that are now over. They want to limit their evidence despite the facts.

Yes it's not like the Senate is going to get anything they are working on interrupted now or in the future. It would be peachy if the House could get Bolton's testimony.

You guys still have faith in Pelosi's master plan for impeachment? Things are looking more and more like what I suggested in another thread. She's stuck. She is trying to get McConnell to change the rules in the Senate to accomidate her demands.

Perhaps Pelosi's stalling is over. Moscow Mitch has ensured that. The question for you is whether new facts can and should be considered or should the evidence that the senate considers be strictly limited to what the house entered?
