250,000 Covid Deaths and no sign of slowing down soon.

Over 11.6 million cases in the USA

160,000 new cases each day...wtf??

And Trump hides in his bunker and says "it is what it is".

I am grateful that vaccinations are coming out.

Not so grateful we have a toddler refusing to start ramping up the President Elect and his team for a seamless transfer on 20 January.

261,000+ Covid Deaths.

Nearly 13 million cases in the USA.

178,000 new cases yesterday, and 2,216 deaths.
Wow. just FK'ing sad
Who would have thought that we would ever get to this point?
The answer to that is "The scientists..."

But you know "it is what it is".

With the vaccinations, this time next year we should be looking back with great sorrow and regret wondering how we let ourselves get in this position.

There has never been a bigger failure in this country.

Not to sound like a conspiracy theorist, butt...

The Regressive party governors (FL, GA, SD, etc.) are removing any precautionary measures for their states so that the covid numbers go up.

So, when Biden takes over, he is forced to have a country-wide lockdown, inflaming the tRumpy base into hating him even more.

Thoughts?

273,000 COVID19 deaths as of today.
2610 died just today

Nearly 14 million cases in the USA.

The mother of a family friend died from COVID yesterday. Her family couldn't be with her.

Wearing a mask is not a political statement, it is a statement that you care about your community. Nothing more, nothing less.

It isn't hard.

Lost a middle school teacher today that was the same age as my mother to COVID. He was one of the most influential teachers I had growing up. My wife's uncle is currently admitted with it, his oxygen levels dropped heavily today so it isn't the best news.

281,000 COVID19 deaths as of this morning.
2190 died yesterday

14.7 million cases in the USA.

From the CDC:
CDC
@CDCgov
JUST WEAR THE MASK. Cover your mouth AND nose.
Stay 6 feet from others.
Wash your hands.
Stay home if you can.
#COVID19 cases are rising fast.
If we don't act together and do what we can to slow the spread, thousands more could die.

>>>>
We could all be heroes and save thousands by just wearing a mask in public, and social distance as much as possible.
It ain't political and it ain't hard.

Can't say I'm surprised, or that he didn't deserve it.

"You mess with the devil,

You get the horns."

Former Alabama senator dies of Covid, in his last words warns, 'We messed up'

Former Sen. Larry Dixon, a Republican who also served as the executive director of the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners, died from Covid-19 on Dec. 4.

Dixon's wife, Gaynell Dixon, told Dr. David Thrasher, a close friend of Dixon and a pulmonologist, that his last words to her were a prescient warning to the people of Alabama.

"We messed up, we let our guard down," Dixon said, according to Thrasher. "Please tell everybody to be careful. This is real, and if you get diagnosed, get help immediately."

290,000 COVID19 deaths now
3052 died yesterday

15.5 million cases in the USA.
it increased by 218.000 yesterday

This is an 10,000 death increase in just five days.

When I started this thread back in late June with 120,000 dead, I didn't think we would let it get to this point. I figured common sense would kick in and we'd become like the Japaneses and just mask up because it was the right thing to do.

How wrong I was.
