Huh? Referring to ancient scripts like the federalist papers don't rationalize an argument or give it reason.. like quote the old testament - aka 'ancient book of Jewish fairy tales' - instead.. Not too far off from a republic where the "masses" have no say. Obviously, we have no issue with taking advantage of the situation there.
