So, my lower back is absolutely screaming after yesterday. I went out for three different sessions, the first about two hours, the others were an hour each. My lower back feels like someone hit me with a baseball bat. So of course I start googling shit for possible stretches to help, and this pops up in a redditt thread: http://www.smawareness.org/wha...sm/faqs/ Absolutely terrifying. Granted, I haven't been the most active surfer lately as I burst an eardrum in Costa a year and a half ago, and I'm 5-10lbs overweight, but I didn't know this existed. Please take care of yourselves if you have lower back pain! Don't keep surfing, go get a beer, or better yet a water and do some yoga.
