Talk to the people at the IRLC- what do you need; a hookup or are you looking for funding (which I don't know anything about)? I've had my students work with the IRLC a bit on some writing work so I know the organization a bit but not really what's going on right now. You can e-mail Kathy Hill (kathy.hill@irlc.org). They aren't replying very well right now though. PM me though as there is some stuff going on internally that's making it difficult to get things going.
