Take her on a weekend getaway. My recommendation is Philly. You can go to the James Beard Award winning best restaurant and best chef restaurant in the USA, Zahav. It's only 50 bucks for a tasting menu and one will be plenty for the two of you. Book early, like a month or more out, or sit at the bar can get a seat any night, the bar is a fun atmosphere. In the day you can take the Philly Big Red bus tour, visit all the sites like the National Museum, Rocky statue, Eastern State Penitentiary (where many movies were filmed), Mutter Museum, Reading Terminal Market, Betsy Ross house, Liberty Bell etc etc. If you go, let me know.
