Whitney Houston is totally Rock n Roll. Just because they do love ballads don't mean it ain't rock n roll.

Doobie Bros, even more so. Doobies are totally HoF worthy.

Just because you don't like a musical artist doesn't mean they are not worthy. Through the years I've seen some other artist I didn't like and barfed at, but they got in. But, whatever, its fun to debate who is worthy and/or not.

Whitney Houston was a great and sold 200 million+ albums. Influenced many others and her songs are still played today. Somebody liked her. Now, its not heavy metal and definitely dancy pop with love ballads, but it is still rock n roll. I don't particularly like Whitney Houston music, but she was a great singer and appreciated by many. I wouldn't vote for her, but she got inducted by a peer group. Lets see if she gets in.

I'm stoked for NIN getting inducted. That was one of my favorite bands late 80s/90s. The album 'Pretty Hate Machine' (1989) should get them in alone. Trent Reznor recently said he hopes he doesn't get inducted. Sorry Charlie...you are inducted...now what?!? Campaign for people not to vote for you? LOL.

I like seeing people's reactions. Some have the same attitude that the RnR HOF sucks. But, it is just entertainment and a pretty good recognition to get inducted if you are a musical artist.

We all have our favorites and hates. but, think there are millions of people that think different. Whitney Houston for example.
