The only thing that got adopted was a new and improved story where Trump and his bumbling progeny then distance themselves from the past lie and move on to a new lie, that collusion is not a crime. You get brought to task, you claim you are only passing the time provocatively and you imagine that you have pulled the pin on some argument grenade and already moved on. In short, you would get thumped.
