Well, it's that time of year again for us. This year we were to be "depopulated" from Citizens to Mangrove (who?) for a $$ savings. Instead, Mangrove evaporated and we've got Citizens again, with a 20% price hike. We're beachside, no options that I'm aware of. Grrrr.
 Anyone else finding any relief? This is ridiculous.
