We use Merry Maids. They are not bad (I wouldn't want to inflict our huge house on one person) but I totally understand what you mean by rotating crews. I have butcher block counters, and they have to be cleaned a special way, and I feel like I need to hover over them to make sure they don't ue regular cleaners on them. But we've used them for a long time, and I mostly need them to do the floors, bathrooms, and dust, so we keep using them. I will PM you a name, though.
