See no reason to make any changes to the inherited forecast.
Deepening moisture overspreading the area as a cold front
gradually works its way southward will bring increasing coverage
of showers and storms beginning this afternoon, especially from
Orlando to Titusville northward. There could be a couple of strong
to severe storms capable of producing wind gusts of 50-60 mph as
forecast soundings are showing favorable DCAPE around 1000 J/kg
this afternoon. Some small hail will also be possible. Drier air
farther to the south should provide lesser coverage of showers and
storms, but still cannot rule out an isolated strong or severe
storm.
